Dear Undoomed community members:

Welcome to this week’s report, we will focus on the testing process and the results, which has attracted a great interest from the community.

Undoomed game testing on the Shibuya network has officially ended. First of all, we would like to apologize again to the community for the difficulties we encountered in the second half of the game’s testing due to the Shibuya network issues. Due to delays and disconnections in the RPC nodes, the game could not receive messages from the Shibuya blockchain, and therefore the system could not start or end battles. The project staff was also unable to distribute the test tokens to all the active members on time because the network kept rejecting transactions after up to 12 hours on the queue. But for this, we can’t do anything except send our feedback to Astar team, and we will make sure that Astar main network won’t have such problems before we launch the game to improve players’ gaming experience.

Even so, we managed to complete the testing phase and collect our results, here are the numbers:

Google Sheet registered 707 addresses, with some addresses posted on Twitter near the end of the beta that we haven’t had time to collect yet; 468 of those addresses have at least logged into the game; 133 have reputation points, and 1561 total valid reputation points came from 62 valid addresses.

First of all we would like to congratulate these community members of COSS who get the reward (Please be patient you will receive your tokens once contracts are deployed on the main net and we are ready to launch). As we will not be doing a private sale or IDO for the project, this will be the initial small amount of circulating COSS.

Now let us explain the criteria used to filter the 62 addresses.

(1) First, ONLY addresses that logged into the game after April 10 were considered valid (the day we officially applied to have Astar’s community ambassadors test the game), since addresses that logged into the game before April 10 were the addresses that the game developers used for internal testing.

(2) All addresses created after April 10 that duplicated the developers’ internal test IPs were excluded.

(3) IP addresses were recorded several times throughout the testing process, and addresses that had the same IP were recorded and analyzed for comparison. According with the rule of maximum of 3 accounts per user, we excluded all accounts from the same IP address with the exception of the 3 accounts that accumulated more Reputation Points.

(4) Addresses that had cheated in the game were excluded to ensure the fairness of the reward distribution.

(5) Then, one by one, we checked the remaining addresses bound to retweets, and deleted the associated addresses that didn’t retweet as required, or whose twitter accounts were closed, and finally came up with the following 62 addresses.

If you have any claim or question about the results you can email us at contact@undoomed.space

There was some bugs reported by users during the test, rest assured we are working to have them fixed before launch.
